  1. Unrelated. Do you ever make your own sauerkraut or pickles? I heard you like bubbies a lot. We recently made some home-made fermented sauerkraut and we have big plans for our pickling cucumbers. Also gonna be making Kimchee this week. I was just wondering if you'd ever tried fermenting and if you had any advice.

  2. i should do a post on fermentations! i just did a few pounds of baby beets this morning in addition to the pickles i started last night. about a month for both. i'd be interested to know what you use in your pickle spice :D
